External backrest supports and legs are tubular steel with chrome or powder coat finish. Transparent PVC glides.

Inspiration
Put the coarse before the fine, preferring a choice that goes against the trend of the more common research on the thin shape. And, despite this, keep yourself light, light. The project is thus structured around the most reassuring aspect of oversize: simplicity. The essential and sturdy structure is built with a powder-coated aluminum tube with a diameter of 80 mm. Resting on it, a seat cushion with a rounded shape, a veiled suggestion to the idea of the inflatable module. The backrest, like a bold parenthesis, promises comfort. The effect, in addition to the natural sympathy, is that of a pleasant roundness, casual and light.

The German designer Sebastian Herkner born 1981 studied product design at the Offenbach University of Art and Design. His studio is focused on designing objects, furniture and interiors merging various cultural contexts, combining new technologies with traditional craftsmanship in order to highlight the multifaceted beauty of the materials and draw renewed attention to small details. His designs have received multiple prizes, for example the 2011 German Design Award in the Newcomer category, 2015 the EDIDA Award for Best International Newcomer and Guest of Honor at imm cologne 2016.
