"Andalusia"
Since 2500 BC, "The land between two continents and two oceans", is a favored target for nations. The vandals, a Germanic people, occupy it and name it "Vandalusia". In 711, the Arab conquest mark the booming time of the Umayyad in Andalusia. The golden age remained for 2 more centuries after the discovery of the New World by Columbus in 1492. Despite all conflicts, a lasting influence emerged from their cuisine, architecture, gardens and textiles.
