Outdoor rugs are made out of synthetic fibers such as vinyl, polypropylene. In moist, wet or humid areas, moss will grow on these kind of rugs and they will turn green. In order to prevent dirt and moss from growing on outdoor rugs, we recommend to follow these instructions: The outdoor rug must be placed in dry areas, such as on a porch. If the rug gets wet, dry it with sunlight. Vacuum clean regularly to avoid organic deposits.
